The staff was super friendly and amazingly nice and delivered excellent service. The room was decent size with an extra bed, air conditioning, complimentary toiletries, and all other comforts. The tapas bar was a plus.

We appreciated decent size room with a very good WiFi and an air conditioning...

The room was well decorated with the blasting music, 2 showers plus safe, could leave my car close to the hotel. Booked it for me$ 80.
The area was not great.

Clean and the staff was super friendly. The rooms were decent sized with hair dryer, safe, as for instance. The location was particularly good and unbeatable for me, in a central street in a residential area.

I stayed in the room that was recently been refurbished to a very good standard as had the bathroom and available with large windows as well as good facilities.

Ideal place for discovering Pamplona with exceptionally nice and accommodating staff with excellent service at the cafe on the ground floor.

The guest room with unusually good lighting, the blasting music and the bathroom. Outstanding food for breakfast at the café. Very central location in the historic center. And so close to main attractions, the ajoining cafe for a fraction of that and railway station. My favourite property in Pamplona.
Beds were not particularly comfortable.

The location of this hotel was perfect for my business trip. It was easily accessible from the train station, just a short walk away. the bus stop was conveniently located right outside the hotel. The hotel itself was surrounded by small shops, cafes, and a mini-supermarket, making it very convenient for any needs that arose during my stay. One of the best aspects was the use of the computer in the lobby, which was free of charge and allowed me to work efficiently.
The noise was a major drawback during my stay. The tiled floors made it easy to hear footsteps and furniture movements from the rooms above, which was quite disruptive.

The value for money at this hotel is excellent. The prices are very reasonable, especially considering the attention to detail and quality of service provided. The location in a residential area away from the city center is a plus for those who have a car and want to avoid the hustle and bustle. It's still within 10 minutes walk to the historical center and within walking distance of the train station. The hotel is situated in an interesting area, which adds to the overall experience. The staff is friendly and accommodating, always ready to assist with any needs. The rooms are well-equipped and have unusually good lighting, creating a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere. The recently refurbished rooms and bathrooms are of a very good standard, providing all the necessary facilities. The good air conditioning ensures a pleasant stay even during hot weather. The breakfast options are plentiful and delicious, offering a great way to start the day.
Everything was just fine.

Good location 10/15 minutes wal from the old city walls. A two star hotel with two star facilities. Perfectly clean and tidy and friendly staff, exactly as you would hope. What more can you ask for?
Had a loud person in the next room ringing her family in America at 2:30am. Could hear every word. Also when our neighbour was in her shower in the early ours of the morning, it sounded like it was in the shower room in our room. Rooms not very sound proof.
